Miles at Summit Mortgage was by far the most informative, straight forward, no-nonsense mortgage broker I talked to when we went shopping around to refinance our home. Miles is an excellent salesman, he is efficient and as any good businessman should, cares about customer satisfaction. Case in point, my family went on vacation during spring break and during that period, a signing date was set and the underwriters demanded a repair. Coming back from vacation I was confronted when an unexpected repair in an extremely tight timeline. We had to extend the lock and hire a contractor to come out in short notice. Miles had promised "no closing costs" and paid for both the repair and the extension. Summit didn't have to do both, but it is clear that Miles cares about customer satisfaction. Recommended.
