In the spring of 2009, my wife and I decided that it was time to refinance our first and second mortgages to take advantage of rates that had at the time dropped to historic lows.  As we were very satisfied with Summit Mortgage, and Mr. Miles Rusth specifically, for a previous financing on our house, we called him first.  As before, we were highly satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Rusth and his office staff.  Despite the fact that we live about 300 miles away from the Portland office, communication was fluid, accurate, and almost instantly responsive, whether I telephoned , faxed, or used email.  Mr. Rusth and his staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable in navigating the process, and helped us sort out a variety of options for configuring the shape and details of the financing.  We believe that we obtained a product that was so ideally and satisfactory tailored to fit our needs that it will be the last mortgage we ever get.  While it may be our final mortgage, there has nevertheless been a sure fit of positive marketing consequences for Summit Mortgage Company.
